Are you interested in becoming a member of the Junior Rowing Team or do you have a son or daughter who has expressed an interest? That's wonderful! As part of the process, you will need to complete and return required participation forms. We’d also strongly suggest you contact us for more information and to arrange a time to meet Coach Victoria and meet the team!
Email us at email@example.com to arrange a time to come out with the team and request your Participation Packet.
Let us know! Click here for downloadable copies of the documents you will need to participate as a Masters Rower*. Please see information on the Junior Rowing Program for program-specific paperwork). You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a membership application and/or if you have additional questions about membership.
If you'd like to learn more about the HRA, its rules and guidelines, please download and read our Member Handbook.
*The unsupervised rowing release is for current/experienced rowers only.
First, you’ll want to give rowing a try. In order to participate in a Masters, Juniors, or Adaptive HRA rowing experience (on water or dryland training), you need to have a Rowing Waiver on file (Masters forms here). Waivers may also be obtained at the boathouse.
A critical component of rowing is rowing safety. Club members are required to watch the USRowing Safety video - we suggest you take a moment to watch it too. Click here for the USRowing Safety Video
