The Summer Rowing Lessons will start Monday, June 15 for Sweep and Thursday, June 18 for Sculling.

The lessons will end July 24 for Sweep and July 23, for Sculling. Sculling lessons will be from 6 to 8 am, Tuesday, Thursday and from 7 to 9 am on Saturday. Sweep lessons will be from 6 to 8 am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We've also scheduled a concentrated day on June 20 for sculling.

HRA hosts their Annual Summer Regatta on July 25, 2009, anyone participating in the summer rowing lessons may attend the summer regatta. For questions about either program, please contact David Bird at 386 248-0502.

Cost of the program is $300.  Individuals who would like to become full time members of the Rowing club may apply $150 of the learn to row fee towards their regular membership cost.

Are you interested in learning how to row but want to feel more confident before you get in a boat and actually go on the water. If so you may be interested in erg lessons!

Erg class will run : June 15 - July 24 6:30 -7:30 am - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There will only be 10 people per class, so it will allow for a lot of one on one coaching from Coach Ron.

If enough interest arises Coach Ron will offer an evening session from 5:30-6:30 Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (This will be wait listed only) Price $200.00 for the summer program.

Individuals who would like to become full time members of the Rowing club may apply $100 of the erg fees towards their regular membership cost. Current members are half price $100.00 fee for erg lessons.
